Course of Ripe Peach, Watermelon and Blueberry

  • Octopus from Akashi with cucumber and peach,
    served with a sauce of ripe tomato and basil
  • Chilled velvety peach potage
    made with fully ripe peaches from Arakawa, Wakayama – grown by Mr. Morihata
    served with a sorbet of Uji green tea (Marukyu Koyamaen) and celery
  • Roasted lobster with watermelon, peach, and blueberries
  • Roasted french duck breast accompanied by a blueberry reduction
  • Summer fruit macedonia with watermelon and peach
  • Classic panna cotta, accompanied by a refreshing blueberry sorbet

  • When you cancel a reservation, please contact to up to 2 days before.
    Cancellation of the day before and the day is not possible to respond.
  • Cancellation of the day before and the day will be charged a cancellation fee (The day before: 50%, The day: 100%).
