We offer small-group lesson, 2 to 6 people. You can choose your convenient date to attend a class once a month. We will cook an appetizer and main dish after the lecture session, bring them to the table, and enjoy the tasting session! After the tasting session, we will have FAQ session over coffee and desert, which Matsushima prepares for you. It will be about 2-hour session for a lesson. You can also make a reservation for next month at the end of the class. |

| About cancellation and changes |
Please make cancellation or changes of the class schedule at least 3 days in advance, as we prepare ingredients for each student. There will be cancellation fee under the following occasions.
