      Shorthorn beef is a lean meat that is difficult to get off. It is rich in amino acids, which are the flavor component, and has a robust, meaty flavor and aroma.

      *What is the Southdown lamb?
      The Southdown lamb is a rare breed of sheep that is rarely raised due to its small size and difficulty in breeding.
      The meat is fresh and tender, with a rich flavor, a slight sweetness, and a gentle aroma.
      The more you bite into it, the more it spreads in your mouth, totally different from the lamb usually available in the market!
